Pearl Jam
Happy Friday y’all!
All of this rain has got me praying for spring to come and take away the gloom and doom. And then the Lord smiled upon us on Monday;gorgeous sun came out and I just had to take advantage.
For a while now I have been obsessed with pearl embellished denim, and I finally got my hands on these bad boys. And let me tell you, I fell hard for these jeans. They are stretchy, comfortable, and can be worn many ways. They can be either dressed up, or dressed down.
Today, I opted for a more casual vibe.
This peach pinstriped wrapped top reminds me of summer in the 50’s. I can virtually hear the carnival music playing and can taste an ice cold snow cone when I wear this shirt. It’s whimsical, light, and really flirty.
I paired this top and jeans with some gold lined white sneakers to keep this look low key and comfortable.
For another pop of added color, I adorned this look with my turquoise Kate Spade crossbody bag. I always get a thrill when I can pull this bag out of storage once warmer weather starts rolling around.
I was inspired by all the colors that are associated with spring, and I really wanted to add as many as I could. This look is young, fresh, and vibrant. All things I look for in my springtime fashion.
